This is a skirt with an attached lantern sleeve one-shoulder crop blouse. For anyone who knows how to sew; this could be a two piece set. Separate top from the skirt.  Caution-top may rise if separated which may require to be reconnected to the skirt.
(Black and white dress) If worn as a full piece dress, it's true to size due the material. However, the one shoulder top is somewhat snug, therefore we suggest go up next size or two.
