In-stock wigs-return within 5 days after receipt of delivery and 1 day local customers. We inspect ALL wigs received from supplier and will only sell wigs that pass our quality inspection. Do not wash, wear, or alter the wig in any way or refund will be denied. Wig must return in original condition. No exceptions! Return deadline enforced with absolutely no exceptions! Refund issued to original payment source. Allow 7-10 business days for refund to process.
Custom wigs- no refunds, no exchanges, no returns; however, defective wigs have a 2 day return policy. We will contact supplier upon receipt of your return to either replace or issue refund. Refund to original form of payment.
